Hence, this platform avails you the opportunity to re-allocate wealth and channel it to your direction. This opportunity has been created to reduce the level of poverty via empowering people through our available resources, and to also decorate the future of the youth by equipping them with relevant skills that will grant financial freedom.
Therefore, this is not a Ponzi or a pyramid scheme. We pay our members (students, artisans, farmers, employees, etc.) who would like to engage in affiliate marketing through our compensation to earn a living. Registration fee is NOT refundable

Q10.HOW DO I REGISTER NEW MEMBERS?

You must be a registered member before you can register a new member. You can register a new member through the following ways;
a.As a registered member, click REGISTER MEMBER from your BACKOFFICE page and you will see the registration form.
b.You can also send your referral link under Marketing tools in your BACKOFFICE to your referrals.


Q11. HOW DO I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?

Go to the Login page and click on “forgot password” and you will be directed to input your email address and user Id. This email address is the one that you used for your registration. You will receive a link on your email, which you will click to redirect you to a page where you will change your password.


Q12. WHAT IS GENEALOGY?

Genealogy is the tree that shows your network. It shows your Rank and Stage per time as well as the Downlines under you.


Q13. HOW WOULD I RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?

You will receive your payment through a withdrawal to your Local Bank account or through sales of wallet to another user or customer. Please note that a bank transfer charge applies to all withdrawals.


Q14. HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE ON CRYSTAL?

Your account balance is displayed on your dashboard at the BACKOFFICE as “e-wallet” and “Reward Wallet”.


Q15. WHAT IS E-WALLET?

This is your virtual cash that can only be used for registration. It is the virtual cash in exchange for your physical cash for online registration on our website.


Q16. WHAT IS REWARD WALLET?

This is your earnings for participating in our Compensation plan by introducing others to join and benefits from the company. This contains the summation of your referral bonus, step-out bonus and matrix bonus.


Q17. CAN I WITHDRAW MY E-WALLET?

NO, you cannot withdraw your e-wallet; it’s strictly for registration but can be transferred to another member for registration.


Q18. CAN I WITHDRAW MY REWARD WALLET?

YES. Your reward wallet is your sweat and earnings and can be withdrawn to your Local Bank account or transferred to interested member for cash.


Q19. CAN I USE MY REWARD WALLET TO REGISTER?

NO. You cannot register with your Reward Wallet. It’s strictly your earnings and withdrawable through your local bank account or transferred to interested member in exchange for cash.

Your earnings are also displayed on your dashboard in your BACKOFFICE.


Q21. HOW DO I GENERATE EPINS?

We do not use pins to register, we use e-wallet to register and can be gotten through the Company or any registered member.


Q22. CAN I REGISTER MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS?

YES. Multiple accounts are allowed.


Q23. WHAT IS MY DIRECT MEMBER TREE?

This is the tree that shows all members you personally sponsored or referred to your network.


Q24. WHAT IS MY DOWNLINE TREE?

This is the tree that shows your present stage and rank as well as Downlines in same stage.


Q25. HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY DOWNLINE?

Search using his/her username in the search box in your DOWNLINE MEMBER TREE and you will see the present status of such Downline.


Q26. CAN WE GET SEMINAR MATERIALS?
